Blankspaces is one of the premier coworking spaces in the country. Right when you walk in, you quickly realize this isn’t your run of the mill, grassroots coworking space. Their beautiful 4800 square foot space offers the top of the line office amenities for all their coworking members. From the Steelcase Think chairs at every desk…to the glass enclosed private offices you can reserve…this place is basically a 5 star coworking space. It’s no surprise that the founder behind Blankspaces is an architect, Jerome Chang. The cohesiveness of design, attention to detail, and thoughtful layout of the space is indicative of a professional’s touch.
Blankspaces bill themselves as an office hotel where entrepreneurs and freelancers collaborate. Office and meeting spaces are available by the hour, day, month, and year.
Being one of the pioneers of coworking, they’ve produced some clever coworking videos to help people understand what coworking is all about (see sample below). Definitely head over to their website and check out the videos!
That coworking space does have a much more consistent theme throughout the building than some of the other sites I’ve seen. It looks like the private offices would be a good place to conference with clients if you didn’t have a home office that was large enough. That would also be a good space to lease if you had a tight deadline and needed to get away from the bustle of home life long enough to get stuff done without interruption.
